i have bought a new lcd hdtv. i tried to hook-up to my existing cable box. when i plug in the tv cord to the wall outlet i heard a buzzzz sound until the circuit breaker in my power panel trips off. i reset the circuit breaker and switch on without the tv plug in. again i plug in the tv cord into the wall outlet but that time the cable wire is not connected or hook-up. i didn't hear any sound so i press the power button of the tv. the tv goes on and the setup display appears. again i tried to hook-up the cable wire so that i can program the channel. as i'm connecting the cable wire into the tv's tuner the cable wire become hot and i heard the buzzz sound again. i immediately pullout the cable wire and my finger hurt (burned). the tv still on and the circuit breaker did not trip off.
