Question About Sony Flat Panel Television KV 36HS500
Unable to use remote or menu buttons on TV...

The TV is powering up OK, but the only button that works is the power button on the TV itself. None of the buttons on the front (menu, volume etc) work, nor on the remote. At times, all these will work fine and then you try it again and nothing.
