Question About Sony Flat Panel Television KDL-20S30xx

When using wide screen format I usually find that BBC programmes cut off the edge of picture or background screen display in studio. However, when I switch channel to Channel 4 wide seems to work well and covers full page. My TV connection is via Virgin Cable
