I have a 2 year old FWD-40LX1 TV that will not turn on and the red off-light blinks four times. Inside, toward the I/O signal inputs, I also measured the CR1220 button battery at about 2.7 volts not loaded. Is this voltage borderline functionally for this area of the tv.
