We have had the same problems with this device since we bought it. Firstly it often simply won't turn on - the green light comes on, you hear a click like a relay kicking in then nothing. The second problem is that the picture freezes & the sound goes off for about 10 seconds, This latter problem happens 3 or 4 times within say half an hour then OK. We bought it when first released at the origina price of £3,999 - bitterly regret this total waste of money as it is so unreliable.
