Our 98 Sony Trinitron XBR 36 inch TV is messing up and we don't know what the problem is. It will go through menu settings and then 9 boxes go across the screen. Some of them have a picture in it from what's on the TV. After the nine boxes it goes down to two boxes one saying DVD and one saying DTC with a music note in between. It almost seems like it needs to be reset or something but we can't figure it out, and if it does need to be reset how would we do that?
