Question About Sony Universal Remote RM-AX4000
buttons failing to respond (non touchpad)...

The exit and EPG round buttons on the right hand side of the remote are having a hard time responding. After pressing harder and trying to push them in at different angles is degrading the response time/ability. How can I fixt this>
