2991 27" SONY Trinitron color TV-Model#-KV-27FS13 I was given the TV without a remote or product manuel. I have connected it to a Dish satilite reciever and the picture is snowy and has "no signal" across the bottom of the screen. The channel selection goes from 2 to 4 skipping the # '3', and I am unable to understand how to program menu. selections.
