Question About Sony VCR SLV-679HF
I put in the settings to record,date, time, channe...

I put in the settings to record,date, time, channel etc. but when I hit OK it does not set now. Also when I try to set Mon - Fri, it does not record - can you help.

5 You might have to manually set the take yourself as this model has an array of problems ranging from extreme cases of sound being emitted to not playing tapes and even spinning heads causing a ruckus. It may in fact be a defective one. If you trust me on this one , I bought a blue ray and DVD player not to long ago only to find out that it didn't play blue ray DVDs. It knew after that point it was defective and without hesitation I returned it. I got my refund and bought another and now it works. If there any other symptoms you can give me that would be great.
