0 Use the + - buttons on the VCR unit (not the remote) to adjust the tracking. Failing that, the recorder/playback heads should be cleaned. Do NOT use a 'commercial' cassette cleaner since these may damage the heads, Instead, remove cover and use an eyeglass colth or cotton swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the playing heads. Do not press too strongly and do not touch the little projections on the head circumference.
