cannot turn on set. power button turned on and red...

cannot turn on set. power button turned on and red remote standby button is on but when i hit the remote, universal from time warner or the original SVA remote i get a click, the red light flashes once then no red light and another click then nothing. Cable box turns on fine. Is this just end-of-life for this SVA HD4208T III-PDP. Help.
