Question About Symphonic CRT Television ST423E
problem with too much white...

Thanks to my husband, the picture on our sympnonic ST423E is too white - we have adjusted the Picture Control-Contrast, Brightness, Color, Tint many times and can't get it right - is there a recommend setting for the above? At this point, I need a starting point! thanks.
