Initially there was no stdby power, but after changing FET regulator (cqo765rt), pwr was restored. Now I am only getting one chanel with a perfect picture and sound, using a universal remote since there is no response from the TV front controls. My suspicion is that the eprom may have become corrupt. Eprom is 24CO8B. If the eprom is corrupt is therea a way to reset it, or which other no. can be substituted? Whatelse can be the cause?
