CLOCK PROBLEMS...

CAPABLE TO SET THE CLOCK, BUT IT STAYS AT THAT HOUR, IT DON`T RUNS ANY-MORE ( THE CLOCK ) HEARD THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD AN UPGRADE ,AND BURN IT ON A DVD FROM INTERNET IN JPEG FILE , PUT IT MY DVR TO UPGRADE THE CLOCK, WHAT IT IS ? , WHERE DO I GO ?TO DO THIS , MAY YOU HELP PLEASE....
