I bought a technika tv in April 2012, in June 2013...

I bought a technika tv in April 2012, in June 2013 it started going funny. My screen would go green then go off, I had volume but no picture. It did this periodically for several months then was fine for a while. It has now just started doing it again. It is only just over 2 years old, Is this normal?
