I cannot find any of the BBC channels on my Freevi...

I cannot find any of the BBC channels on my Freeview. It all works perfectly on Analogue. I have had my aerial checked and it is fine, it has a booster. I was told by the man who checked my aerial that BBC is on Channel 50 and when I key in 50 into Freeview I get a totally black screen. Can someone tell me what to do, please. Many thanks
