I have a "no signal" problem with my Technika TV/D...

I have a "no signal" problem with my Technika TV/DVD Combi. This is only on Freeview channels (BBC channels OK). How do I fix it? I am unsure how to re-tune my TV and I suspect if I knew how to do this the problem could be solved.
