My daughter has lost her remote control and during...

My daughter has lost her remote control and during the manual tuning process using the buttons on the TV (much harder to do!) has managed to change the language on the set to Russian. This means it is now impossible to tune because we cannot read the options. Can you help? Is there a reset button somewhere?
