My father in law has a Technika 32-2000 recently bought from Tesco's and is getting some background talk descibing whats happening certain programmes which it states is for the visually impaired. Not sure how it started and now cant clear it. Can you please advise how he actually put this function on and then how to turn it off again. Thanks
