My remote control "OK" button is not working and I...

My remote control "OK" button is not working and I plugged in a Blueray DVD player for a few hours. Now I cannot change back via the source button to Freeview as on the source button you scroll down to what you want and press OK.. but I have no OK button. Is there a manual way that I can do this??? thanks
