Question About Technika Flat Panel Television LCD 39 C273
My Technika 39" flat panel tv keeps trying to scan...

My Technika 39" flat panel tv keeps trying to scan everytime I try to turn it on. I am connected to Virgin media Tivo box only, as I don't have a TV aeriel. How can I stop this annoying scan as it can take over half an hour sometimes before I can get the damn thing to turn on?
