My television keeps scanning and will not connect or show any television, it's not connected to outside aerial as I have cable tv , I have tried to let it go throught the process(waited 12hours!) and shut it off at the mains and restarted and still having the issue can you please shed some light on this please I've had the Telly 12 months if that and I am getting very frustrated that I have to come home to this
