Question About Technika Flat Panel Television LCD26-207
Picture / sound breaking up...

My elderly mother's TV is approx 2.1/2 years old. The picture begins to break up after approx 10-15 minutes use and seems to get worse the longer it's on one channel; the sound also breaks up a little. When switched to another channel it's OK for 10 minutes or so and then begins to break up again. Any ideas what the problem is please?
