Question About Technika Flat Panel Television lcd26-209
poor picture when switching it on ,picture jumps with white lines on it.....

when you switch on the tv the picyure is distorted and jumping around , there are white lines going across it, sometimes it corrects itself after about 20 + mins or by turning off the tv and starting again.
