Since digital upgraded it's service i used the men...

Since digital upgraded it's service i used the menue and upgraded which worked but when i switched the tv off and back on again i lost the upgrade now i have to use the automatic upgrade when i want to watch BBC1 and 2 and the new channel Drama. Hope you can help
