Question About Technika Flat Panel Television LCD19B-M3
weak signal - picture breaking up...

good TV except that we cannot get some of the cnannels due to picture breaking up - always with 31, 30 , often BBC1 etc etc . can we add a digi box ?? to strengthen ??
