when listening to tv we keep hearing quiet voice explaining what is happening on screen its very annoying and we want to remove this

0 I had this problem and also had it on previous tv I had my surround sound set to 100% t but tv on volume 10. I found there was voices even when tv was on stand by mode so I done a 50/50 balance and its been fine since
