My brand new dvd player model TDV-500UA is only showing black & white. I find the manual shockingly unuser friendly, your manual doesn't even explain abbreviations. I am unable to find anywhere to sort out my lack of colour problem. Can you help me? Furthermore why do you not test your manuals efficacy on your customers, who are not electronic engineers and see if they can be improved to serve the lay person.
