I receive TNT with an external decoder "METRONIX Zap box single 4.4. " Recently new high requencies are broadcasted by Paris Tour Eiffel emitter, namely 642 and 770 MHz. I can't receive them. Is it a TV tuner problem or a decoder problem or bot? Thank you for your response
