I've had this TV for a year, and for some reason, it does not work. It turns on, but there's nothing on the screen. The light at the bottom goes green & red, but that's about it. My friend & I discovered that there was a burned out fuse, we replaced it, and the fuse burnt out again. What might be the problem, and would it be a costly one? Thanks
