Question About Technicolor - Thomson Flat Panel Television None
no remote...

i got an rca model # F32718 from a friend of mine that was sitting in his attic when he rented out the apartment, so i bring it home and plug it in and it does try to start up but no luck then the power button on top blinks 3 times which is a green light, i dont have the remote, would a universal remote help? please let me know, thank you
