We recently purchased a Proscan 32LB30Q for my parents. They have Comcast cable and are not receiving a signal. Comcast is telling them to enter somewhere in set-up "480i". I am not at their house and don't have the manual. They are not tech savvy. Any thoughts on where to put this info? How do you detect cable on this TV? Thanks Jennifer
