Question About Technicolor - Thomson Flat Panel Television None
RCA 61" T.V Model No. P61960...

Picture appears to be too big for screen and cuts off the channel numbers and also looks like it goes up hill on some channels.On some channels there is a black border on top and bottom but not on all channels.
