Question About Technicolor - Thomson Flat Panel Television None

First problem: about 5 minutes after turning the set on, channels keep changing about evey minutes. They change up to next channel. sound and picture are fine. Second problem: Even though the set is turned off it would could come randomly. It constantly channel surfing and will turn itself on anytime day or nigth unless it is unplugged.
