I have a dish network projection tv model HD34-310 After some research it seams that it is an RCA D40-310. When you turn on the power the button comes on green, after about a second it flashes twice then goes out. After about 1 or two minutes you can repeat, if you repeat three times right away it will come on the forth time. When it comes on the picture is distorted and wiggly, but clears after about a 30 seconds. I held in the power button to see if I could retrieve a code possibly. After about 30 seconds, the led flashed once, paused and then nine flashes, this led me to believe a code of 19. I checked for bad solder connections and repaired what looked to be bad. Any ideas? or where and what manuals to order?
