My RCA D52w15 projection tv cuts off the picture i...

My RCA D52w15 projection tv cuts off the picture it receives. That is, there are a couple inches of what should be showing on the tv that are missing all around the viewing area. What do I do to correct this? an answer would be great; getting the manual would be nice too.
