Currently the TiVo system is stuck on the page entitled "Connection Problem". I have chosen the "I'll fix later" prompt, the check mark is highlighted and the screen on the tv is frozen. The remote is working, as I can scroll to the next page of instructions, but I can't get off of this page. Please help before I disconnect and toss in the trash.
