My tv model TLD3200D loses the picture after about...

My tv model TLD3200D loses the picture after about 20 minutes of work (Sound OK). Need to turn off and "rest" (cool off) for about 10 munutes and repeat the cycle. What can be done? Any service outlet in Israel? Please advise.
