Question About Toshiba Blu-ray Player BDX2500KU
Blue Ray DVD Player - tray won't open...

The tray won't open either using the remote or pressing the open/close button on the machine. Has anyone else had this problem?

0 I just had the same problem. I'd pay to have it fixed, but even cursory research indicated no one ever pays for a repair on any consumer electronics product that retails for under $500; it is always a better deal to just buy a new one if you can't fix it yourself. (Because there are no legit repair shops anywhere, they always quote repair estimate 60% or so of the cost of a new product, they want money up-front before they'll even give you an estimate, etc. etc. etc.)
