Never updates when needs it. Sits for hours on upd...

Never updates when needs it. Sits for hours on update screen stuck. Never lets any featured app come thru. Grandma can move faster than this and she's been deceased for a year! Maybe watched a DVDs on it 10 times in 2 years. Just added Apple TV and they're no friends yet!
