Toshiba tv in demo mode only

for Toshiba CRT Television 32A43

Hello, My tv (toshiba model # 32a33) seems to be in demo mode & the remote does not seem to work, nor do the menu buttons etc on the tv itself. Cannot get it out of demo mode. Thank you
