Question About Toshiba DVD Player dvd-video player sd-3950
no power when plugged in No lights of any kind ...

no power when plugged in No lights of any kind show up when unit is plugged in. Screen remains completely blank. No indication of electrical power going into unit. I tried various other electrical wall plugs.
