Question About Toshiba DVD Recorder RD-XS24SB
Doesn't recognize DVD...

I put in an empty DVD-R and try to initialize DVD, but get the message "DVD disc is not inserted" Recording on HDD and playback from HDD or commercial DVDs works fine.
