Question About Toshiba DVD VCR Combo MW20FN1
DVD not working...

I bought this TV used. When I attempt to play a DVD it says: INCORRECT DISK. and the word WELCOME is on the screen. Is there a "set up disk" I should have gotten when I purchased it?
