my dvd and vcr videos are closed captioned. I had no problems getting and seeing closed caption in the past because I had the old box from the cable company but recently the cable company replaced the old box with a new upgraded model which was their requirement. since then when I play a dvd or vcr with closed caption, it is not displayed on my tv. all setting from tv are set with closed caption. I have Toshiba sd v394su. please advise.
