Picture Color...

picture color is blue. if i play dvd or vhs, the color is blue. the color is distorted. how do i change picture color? email: eppsjourney@aol.com

0 I received a Toshiba DVR620KU for xmas. I want to use it to convert some VHS tapes to dusc. How do you set up the unit to accomplish. rghare@comcast.net
