Question About Toshiba DVD VCR Combo None
Using my SD-V392SUA DVD/VCR combo with an insignia converter box...

I've bought an Insignia converter box and hooked it up to by DVD/VCR combo, but the picture becomes distorted every time I turn the DVD/VCR combo on. When I try to record a TV program, I get the same distorted picture. Any suggestions?
