product code for dish network setup...

I need the three digit product code for the DVR in order to set up the remote control on my dish network system.

0 After recording about 20 dvds with my Toshiba d-kvr20 all I get is an error message Cannot record to this disc e4 54039000. Any help will be appreciated.
