Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television None
blinking led light - tv won't turn on...

can't turn tv off and on again... in the past ha to unplug and plug in after an hour or two before it will turn on...now it takes many hours and I suspect it will no longer turn on next time I shut if off... picture is ok when it works
