Question About Toshiba Flat Panel Television None
Color...

I turned on my TV and the only color is yellow and blue; no other colors. The manual says sometimes there is color shading & to turn it off to several hours which I've done but it is still the same. Now, Tobishi wants the serial # and I can't turn the TV as it's in an armoire so I can't provide them with the serial #.
